Healthy Aging Passport

The Healthy Aging Passport is a great opportunity for adults 55 years and over to try a wide variety of FREE activities offered by local community partners from June 3 – July 31, 2024. Become an Age-Friendly Champion by telling your friends, family, and neighbours about the Healthy Aging Passport.

To pick up a physical copy of the Healthy Aging Passport and learn more about the activities planned, please visit any of the following locations:

Print copies of the June passport will be available as of May 22. The July passport will be available as of June 18. If you are unable to physically pick up a copy, please call 519-759-4150 ext. 5986.

Healthy Aging Passport Contest

We want to see how you're being healthy! Age-Friendly Community Survey

The City of Branford’s ongoing commitment to age-friendly planning starts with you. The City is currently working on an Age-Friendly Strategy for 2025-2027 and we want to hear your thoughts on this important subject. Please complete our short survey that highlights eight key areas of an Age-Friendly Community. By completing the survey, you’ll help inform our plans moving forward, PLUS, you’ll also have the chance to win a $100 Walmart Gift Card at the end of the survey.
